Dave Empringham

Role: Driver Coaching Lead Consultant

Racing Since: 1988 Player's GM Series

Championships: 

• 1993 & 1994 North American Formula Atlantic Champion

• 1996 Indy Lights Champion

• 2005 IMSA Grand Sport Driving Champion (Ford Mustang)

• 2012 IMSA Grand Sport Driving Champion (Porsche)

Career Highlights:

• 11 Formula Atlantic race wins

• 4 Indy Lights race wins

• 2003 Daytona 24 Hour winner

• 2010 & 2011 second in the World Time Attack Challenge

Currently: Dave in now regarded as one of the leading driver coaches in the world, specializing in the Ferrari Challenge series. 

Marco Signoretti

Racing Since: 2007 (age 9, karting)
Championships: 

• 2019 Nissan Micra Cup Champion

• 2021 Canadian Sport Car Champion (Ford Mustang)

Career Highlights:
• 2016, 2017 qualified for Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals
• 2017 competed in 24 Hours of Le Mans Karting
• 2021 won every race in the Canadian Sports Car Championship with Multimatic Motorsports
• 2022–23 Development Driver for Mustang GT4, Ford GT Mk IV and Bronco DR

• 2024 announced as “Ford Junior Team” factory driver

• 2025 competed in the European GT4 Championship in Ford Mustang, scoring 2 wins (Zandvoort, Paul Ricard)

Currently: 2026 Ford Junior Team factory driver

Interests: When he’s not racing or coaching at The Paddock, Marco’s probably: Fishing or plane spotting.

Kyle Marcelli

Racing Since: 2001 (age 11, karting)
Championships: 

• 2007 Ontario Formula 1600 Champion

• 2012 Porsche GT3 Cup Canada Champion

• 2019 SRO GT3 World Challenge Champion

• 2020 IMSA GT4 Champion (Aston Martin)

• 2022 & 2023 Lamborghini Super Trofeo North American Champion

Career Highlights:

• 2010 IMSA Lites race winner

• 2013 Petit Le Mans winner 

• 2015 Trans-Am race winner

• 2018 IMSA GTD race winner

• 2021 Lamborghini Super Trofeo race winner

Currently: Pellin Racing driving a Ferrari 296 GT3

Interests: When not driving himself Kyle contributes his vast experience and wisdom coaching aspiring drivers in various series across North America.

Kenny Riedmann

Racing Since: 1996 (age 5, motocross)
Championships: 

• 2014 Canadian Pro Sportbike Champion

• 2015 Canadian Pro Sportbike Champion

• 2016 Canadian Pro Sportbike Champion

• 2024 Radical Cup Canada Champion

• 2025 Radical Cup Canada Champion

Career Highlights:

• 2015 WEC Bol d’Or 24 Heures Paul Ricard – 5th place

• 2018 WEC 24 Heures Le Mans

• 2022 car racing debut in Radical Cup

Currently: 2026 IMSA TCR driving an Audi RS3 LMS for Baker Racing

Interests: When not winning races on both 2 and 4 wheeled machinery Kenny enjoy cycling and snowboarding.

Ryan Maxwell

Racing Since: 2015 (age 7, karting)
Championships: 

• 2019 Canadian Karting Champion (Cadet)

• 2020 Canadian Open (Mini)

• 2022 Canadian Open (Junior)

• 2025 Canadian Karting Champion (Rotax Senior)

Career Highlights: 2022 (Portugal) and 2025 (Bahrain) representing Canada in the Rotax Karting World Finals

Currently: 2026 driver development testing program for Multimatic Motorsports and competing in North

American karting program for Prime Powersports
Interests: Hockey, gym, school, setting debatable fast laps on The Paddock simulators when no one is watching.

Our Engineers

Jamie Leveille

Focus: Simulation Systems Lead Consultant

Fast Facts: Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Applied Science in Aerospace Engineering from Carleton University

Currently: 

• Technical Director of Vehicle Dynamics at Multimatic
• Performance Driving: Jamie’s ‘day job’ includes on-track development of Multimatic’s frontier suspension systems assisted by state-of-the-art professional motion simulators, a key tool in the engineering process
Interests: Passionate and successful sim racer in public and private racing leagues

Mitchell McAuley

Focus: Data Engineering

Fast Facts: Graduated from Ontario Tech University with Bachelor of Engineering (2022), Formula SAE student lead for suspension and vehicle dynamics

Currently: 

• Engineering support for Multimatic on Ford GT MK IV programs and various teams in both WEC and IMSA sports car racing. 

• ‘Team Captain’ of The Paddock data engineering group

Interests: Skiing, dirt biking, sim racing

Dennis Martin

Focus: Computer/IT Specialist

Fast Facts: Graduated from Ontario Tech University with Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (2025)
Currently: 

• Systems Analyst for engineering IT for Multimatic Technical Center and The Paddock IT/Computer “Team Captain”
• Built the VR graphics systems for Multimatic Motorsports Driver-In-The-Loop simulator

• Built and implemented core IT for The Paddock
Interests: Motorsports; working out; biking; impossibly late braking attempts in sim racing
